When can you return a product


If the article received is incorrect

When you find out that the article received is incorrect and different from what you ordered then you may return the article. Contact our sales department immediately when you find out that you have received the incorrect article. This must be done within 2 working days of delivery of the article. Do not use the article received.
EHS will deliver the missing articles or swap the article received free of charge.
RMA requests received after the 2 day deadline will be declined.


If the product is DOA (Dead On Arrival)

An article which when received is inoperable or faulty is classified as a DOA article (Dead on Arrival).

E.g.:

  • If an article received shows faults or not, is at the judgement of the supplier or a service company used by the supplier
  • Articles damaged in transport will not be classified as DOA. Make sure when you receive an article and before you sign for it that the packaging is undamaged. If in doubt do not sign for the package.

In order to qualify for a swap on the basis of a DOA the whole article must be sent to EHS as it was supplied incl. all accessories (handbooks, software etc) and in the original packaging.
If these conditions are not met then the article will not be classified as a DOA

A DOA can be returned according to the RMA procedure. If you have received a DOA then inform our sales department as soon as possible but within 2 working days after receipt!
