RMA Procedure

To efficiently process returns EHS uses an RMA procedure in which you need to request an RMA number through this site. Only after an RMA number has been given the article can be returned to us. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected immediately and the article returned to you or the package will be refused by us. Therefore we advise you to read the following instructions carefully.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning an article to us. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Step 1: Request an RMA number via the online RMA form
Step 2: Package the article carefully and display the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
Step 3: Send the package to EHS

Step 1: Request an RMA number

Request an RMA through the online RMA form. Make sure to fill this in completely and accurately. Press “Send” and the form will be sent to us. An RMA number will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the form if accepted.

It is possible that your request will be rejected due to the fact that you have exceeded the 2 day timeline or another reason. In this case you are unable to return the article.

Step 2: Package the article and display the RMA number

Package the article carefully. All articles need to be returned in a box. You may use the original shipping packaging. Make sure to enclose a copy of the invoice also.

E.g.:
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Use a waterproof marker for this. Shipments received without an RMA number will be rejected.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the article to us. Shipments with collect charges will be refused.
