Hardware Swap

Whenever you decide to replace your hardware, we are able to provide you with a 'custom fit' proposal to outsource the whole of the logistic process to us, from the planning up to the actual pick-up and processing of the equipment. After doing an inventory of what has been picked-up we will provide you with a full report.

Naturally the financial side is interesting for you and u can be assured of a full list of all the costs involved and the possible resale value.

For this we offer three solutions:

1. Outright Purchase:
   In this case you have a guaranteed financial recovery amount and you have no hidden costs or other worries enter into a contract with you based on a pre-designated purchase value and, after pick-up and inventory check, we pay you what has been agreed.

2. Consigned model:
   In this proposal the old hardware is picked up by us, inventoried and we send you a report of the total. We give you an overview of the costs which have been incurred and the equipment is resold by us with a full financial report and a pro-rata division of the net result is paid to you according to a prior arranged percentage.

   N.B In all cases we make sure that the data is removed from your hardware before resale.

3. Consultancy
   Alternatively you can make use of our services as a consultant to advise you on the environmental recycling of your old hardware.
   This is done on a per day basis at a fixed cost.
